  1. This offer is available only to “Eligible Claimants”, being individuals who live in Australia.


  2. Subject to these conditions, an Eligible Claimant who purchases, by retail from an Australian store, one Twinings Simply Tea pack (50 or 100 serves) (each a “Twinings Simply Tea Product”) is entitled to submit a claim for one $2 “Cash Back” (a “Claim”).



  3. To submit a Claim, an Eligible Claimant must: (i) enclose the original barcode from their purchased Twinings Simply Tea Product in an envelope made after 00:01 (AEST) on 1st September 2008 (ii) legibly write their own first and last names, postal address and telephone number on the back of the envelope, (iii) address the envelope to “Twinings Simply Tea $2 Cash Back Offer”, REPLY PAID 746, Brookvale NSW 2100 and (iv) post the envelope to be received before 5pm (Sydney time) on 29th May 2009 (the “Claims Deadline”).


  4. Limit of 3 Claims per Eligible Claimant and per household. Each Claim requires the purchase of a separate Twinings Simply Tea Product. Subject to this condition, an Eligible Claimant may submit more than one Claim in the same envelope (by enclosing more than one Twinings Simply Tea Product barcode in that envelope).


  5. All claimants must ensure that their Claims are received by the Promoter by the Claims Deadline. The Promoter takes no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted or misdirected Claims, or for any delays or failures in the postal service. Claims that are received after the Claims Deadline will not be processed.


  6. All received Claims become the property of the Promoter. By submitting a Claim the claimant is deemed to have accepted these conditions.


  7. Claims will be processed in the order of receipt. Allow 28 days for the processing of a Claim from the date of its receipt.


  8. The Promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to verify the validity of all Claims (including the right to confirm and verify the identity of a claimant, by requesting proof of identity and proof of residency. Identification considered suitable is at the Promoter’s absolute discretion) and to not accept any, or all, Claims from a claimant who, in the Promoter’s opinion, has tampered with the Claim process or submitted a Claim that is not in accordance with these conditions.


  9. A maximum of 45,000 Claims will be accepted. When a Claim is accepted, one $2 “Cash Back”, in the form of a cheque for $2 that will require account depositing, will be drawn in favour of the claimant who submitted that accepted Claim (using the claimant’s first and last names as provided on the back of the envelope in which the Claim was received) and that cheque will be posted to the claimant at the address provided on the back of the envelope in which the Claim was received. Where more than one Claim is accepted from the same claimant, the Promoter reserves the right to combine the payment of the $2 Cash Backs into one cheque (eg if a claimant submits 2 accepted Claims, they may be sent a $4 cheque).


  10. If 45,000 Claims are received and accepted, the total value of all $2 “Cash Backs” that will be paid, is $90,000.


  11. The Promoter’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.


  12. To the full extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its associated companies and agencies and any of their personnel (the “Relevant Parties”) exclude all liability for any loss (including any damage, claim, injury, cost or expense) whatsoever which is suffered or incurred by any claimant connected with this offer, including: (i) any indirect, economic or consequential loss; and (ii) any loss arising from or contributed to by negligence of a Relevant Party.


  13. Claimant details are collected only to enable offer administration. If a claimant fails to correctly provide those details, their claim may not be processed and they may not receive their “Cash Back” payment. A claimant may contact the Promoter at the address below to request access to their details that are still held.
